I am a PhD researcher in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on service intelligence and disease diagnosis, a graduate of professional business coaching and a Post DBA scholar. I have been working in the research, development, and implementation of new technologies for more than 15 years. My area of interest is the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital health, IT management, and smart cities. My professional mission is to design and document indigenous, technological, and ethical solutions in areas that require creativity, resistance to obstacles, and the smartization of human processes.

Padid Avaran Mobtekar Engineering and Technology Company was established in 2011 by Ms. Rabieh Basirian and started its activity with the support and cooperation of Mr. Emad Shekar Dast and Mr. Hamid Basirian with the aim of new technologies in the fields of computer software, artificial intelligence, architecture, cognitive sciences and animation. It specialized in the fields of 3D and 2D animations, modeling, infographics, motion graphics, artificial intelligence, application software, designing various systems and responsive portals. In 2013, as a technology unit of the Growth Center of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, it produced its first product with the Online Clinic and Online Health City design and presented it in 2014 as a knowledge-based product. The result was the sale of a copy of it to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. In 2017, it was selected for the Rabe Rashidi International Festival with the Online City design. The Online City was a platform for providing all services and managing a smart city. In 2018, the Online City portal was implemented for the first time and was introduced to the municipality and institutions by order of the then governor, Mr. Dr. Khoda Bakhsh. However, due to The change in the status of provincial officials, relocations, and the completion of personal budgets were stopped. In 2011, a memorandum of understanding was signed with the East Azerbaijan Provincial Relief Committee with a plan to provide smart services to promote home-based businesses and businesses. With the Pamkala plan, it also advanced its activities in this area. In several provinces, including Kermanshah, it advanced its activities by holding various meetings and gathering various businesses. With the advice of the committee officials, it registered a charitable institution in this area. Currently, it is out of reach while following the registration process of the system. In 2012, it was among the winners of the Iranian-Islamic Lifestyle Festival.
Perspectives and beliefs
I believe that the future of technology lies in the convergence of data-centricity, localization, and intelligence. Developing smart assistants for disease diagnosis, data-driven citizen portals, and AI-based solutions at the neighborhood level will be among my most important goals. Throughout my professional career, I have always strived to put science at the service of meaning, technology at the service of humanity, and research at the service of sustainable development based on ethics.
