Article Abstract:
In today’s society, communication between the patient, doctor, and pharmacy is essential. Therefore, it is necessary to facilitate communication between them. In this regard, the existence of computers and electronic services has made this communication easier and more practical than ever before. The subject of this article is about the report on the design and launch of a comprehensive electronic health system. In this plan, a comprehensive system is considered that includes the sections of electronic health records, online appointment scheduling, touch kiosk information terminal system, office and clinic management, paraclinics, laboratories and diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and the launch of online medical consultation and treatment. And all stages and components of the health system are electronically connected to each other and provide their services. So that first, patients and those who need consultation and medical services log into the system through the comprehensive appointment website and schedule an appointment online from the desired department. Doctors also have an electronic clinic and connect to the comprehensive online medical site to receive all the patient’s previous information and enter the patient’s new information into the relevant section on the site. Patient information and all stages of disease diagnosis, such as tests and radiographs, are sent to the relevant departments on the site. Pharmacies then connect to the site and receive the patient’s pharmaceutical information and insurance services in person. Or they deliver the relevant prescription to the patient in person. By presenting this plan, Brandt intends to improve the shortcomings and deficiencies that exist in the sites and programs developed nationwide in the field of e-health.
